RETURNS POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER COMMITMENT

Every DSGN piece is made to order, built specifically to your chosen configuration, dimensions, and finish. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing due to customer-provided measurements, or colour preference.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damage along with your order number. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This helps us process your claim quickly.

WARRANTY

All DSGN furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper assembly, or exposure to extreme conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have commenced. Cancellations after production has started will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the order value. Orders that have entered the finishing stage cannot be cancelled.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email support@dsgn.sg with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps. For urgent matters, call us at +65 6123 4567 during business hours.
