Use our online configurator to design your piece, then add it to your cart and complete checkout. Alternatively, visit our showroom for a guided consultation.

Modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun. Contact support@dsgn.sg for urgent changes.

We accept DBS PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit cards via HitPay. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the balance due before delivery.

Made-to-order pieces typically take 4–6 weeks for production, followed by scheduled delivery within Singapore.

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. International shipping is being explored for 2027.

White-glove assembly is available as an add-on at checkout. Our furniture is also designed for straightforward self-assembly with included instructions and hardware.

Since all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective or damaged items will be repaired or replaced at no cost. See our full returns policy for details.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange repair or replacement at no charge.
