This website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may browse products, use the configurator tool, and place orders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without written permission.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display colours, dimensions, and materials as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings and manufacturing variations may result in slight differences between the product shown online and the finished piece. All dimensions are approximate.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Payment is accepted via DBS PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DSGN or its content suppliers and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DSGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
